Information on this site
The descriptions of our services are general information. They are not an offer, and nothing on this site creates a contract on its own.
Quotes and bookings
Any price we give is only firm once we confirm it to you in writing for a specific shipment. Rates, space and transit times change with the market, the carrier and the season.
Freight we carry
Freight forwarding, customs brokerage, storage and delivery are performed under the trading terms we provide with the booking, including the applicable limits of liability. Read those terms before you book, and arrange cargo insurance if you want cover beyond them.
Liability for this website
We keep this site accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or free of errors, and we are not liable for loss arising from relying on it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those apply.

The text, images and logo on this site belong to FND Logistics Ltd. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking.
Governing law
New Zealand law applies, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
