FND Logistics Ltd is a New Zealand company and handles personal information under the Privacy Act 2020. This page explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
Only what you type into our contact form: your name, email address, company name if you give one, and the content of your message. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not buy or sell contact lists.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, quote on your freight, and keep a record of what was agreed. We do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Who else sees it
Nobody, except where it is needed to carry out the job you asked for — for example passing shipment details to a carrier, airline, shipping line or the New Zealand Customs Service — or where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted once they are clearly no longer live. Records tied to actual shipments are kept for seven years, as customs and tax rules require.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us and we will respond within 20 working days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
Keeping it safe
Messages sent through this site travel over an encrypted connection and are only accessible to the people at FND Logistics who need them.
